We were all embraced by misery as the Corona Virus Disease 2019 spread havoc to our nation since last year. Consequently, this circumstance led us to think about a hope amid the agonizing waves of the said catastrophe. Many repercussions were made in order for us to be safe and sound while the threat of the virus is still around. Nevertheless, in these times of dreads and uncertainties that have seemingly affected every aspect of life, a call for solution and good governing continuously reverberates— loud and loud, in Filipinos' hearts for us to be fully free in this chain of pandemic.

Clearly, the pandemic depicted the level of differences among Filipinos. The rich and the poor. Lives at the upper level are those who can afford even if they are currently jailed in their houses. Those who live below the comfortable roofs of their houses are lucky, for they have something to feed their hungry stomachs even there is pandemic. Unlike those who are still in the hem, still clinging and hoping to the assurances made by the current bureaucr acy.

We all have suffered from traumatic experiences all because of CoVid-19 pandemic. Yet, one thing we learned from this is to be observant, for us to feel the serenity of being free in the virus. We all want a change— and definitely the change itself is in our hands.

The 2022 election has always been the topic left and right of the corners of news.

It as well caught the interests of our compatriots for who are and who will be the next leaders in power who will promise to make repercussions and fulfill it all eventually. According to Commission on Elections, there are already 60 million voters have registered so far for the incoming elections. Mostly are youths who are being critical in different social media platforms in expressing their perspectives and opinions about the situation we are currently in.

More so, many politicians are now making noise for their names to be known more. Some officials stated that they will run with their own chosen position in the government and some popular ones still were undecided, or being lowkey about their political lives. Furthermore, people have their own choices, bets and dislikes respectively for the elections.

Indeed, change will come if we will unite as one to vote for leaders that will surely bring hope and assurances. The elections are now being near and eventually, it will dominate our living— campaigns will start, paid advertisements will soon spread over the medias, candidates will visit houses one by one to get the heart of Filipinos. Yet, all of these might become nonsense if actions are just for publicity and not a candidacy for good quality of governi ng.

We have suffered enough. 2022 Elections surely will make an impact for all of us and we should be wise in choosing new leaders that will truly serve the Philippines and Filipinos.

Perhaps this quote always rings in your ears but let me say it still— change is coming”. Yet, who's your bet to make change come in?

We are all aware that nowadays because of the pandemic, we can’t conduct a faceto-face learning or our usual classroom learning environment. So now, we have to adapt and adjust ourselves in order to continue our studies and at the same time we prioritize our health.

Here are some of the advantages of modular learning:

* Affordability- the school will provide all the modules for free, and students don’t need to spend money for travel and allowance.

* Greater Flexibility- you have the opportunity to learn at your free time in any pl ace.

* Improved Attendance- you just stay at home while answering your modules and all we need is to submit on time.

* Convenient Learning- for those who are having difficulties in answering the modules, they can ask the teachers through text, call or messenger or by simply searching the internet.

* Improve the Use of Technology- because of the current situation, learners and teachers are required to become more knowledgeable with the usage of different learning platforms.

And here are some of the disadvantages of modular learning:

* It may create a sense of isolation- some of the teachers and learners may feel anxiety due to lack of social interactions.

* Requires Self-Motivation- not all of students make their modules wholehearted * Need Additional Trainings for Teachers- some of teachers, especially the old ones are not that proficient in using technology.

* Requires Self-Discipline- some parents answer the modules instead.

* Lack of Hands-on Approach to Learning- many students complain that they don’t learn anything from the modules.

Despite of having these drawbacks, this still provides a better option for us especially during this time. So let us all continue to do our best and there will come a time that we will go back to our normal set-up.
