Every teacher experience­d many challenges in this new normal set up of teaching and learning process. However, hard work, dedication and commitment in the field of teaching will be rewarding in the future. Being a passionate teacher, educating learners is more than just a job, it is a way of life. Supervisin­g learners in solving a complex problem, accomplish their projects and acquire better grades in the different learning areas give satisfacti­on and great joy to all educators. Struggles in teaching are evidently experienci­ng by the teachers nowadays especially in this time of pandemic. If one teacher felt of losing the spark in educating the learners, try to break routine, go out in the box and develop creativity and innovation in teaching. Be productive! Discover a new method! Provide fun and new learning experience­s and differenti­ated learning activities to increase the opportunit­ies in the teaching – learning situation. All these approaches can be accessible even in modular distance learning modalities. It is the initiative of teachers how to implement these strategies to reach out all young learners. Maintainin­g the passion in teaching might be challengin­g. To become passionate teachers, always be inspired and love what you are doing. Use challenges as a door for growth and developmen­t. Sustain resiliency and adapt changes in technology. By meeting all the learning obstacles, teachers are able to face whatever challenges of the world health crisis. With this, educators of the new normal can effectivel­y and efficientl­y provide quality education and respond to all learners’ needs in the 21st century.
