According to Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr that the Department of Education is continuous­ly innovating. We utilize modules, we utilize TV, radio as well as computerai­ded forms of educationa­l materials. Dep Ed will be adapting to the new normal. Despite of free public education from pre-elementary to college It cannot sustain the meal ,data load everyday expenses for a whole month. Other poor families may rather want their children to earn money by doing some work to help the family meet its basic needs. It was March 0f 2020 when the different manifestat­ion meet by educators, parents, and especially students Teachers on the top experienci­ng technology gap between a 21 st century learner on which he/she will try to catch up with the current trends use d in delivering the alternativ­e delivery mode (Google meet and preparing for the Power-point presentati­on and also some issues that they are benefittin­g from the effects of pandemic. Pandemic also forced students to break deadlines to heed in answering modules and tried to developed competenci­es based on MELC. Parents are affected as well, since most of them are not trained in the Parents are affected as well, since most of them are not trained in the appropriat­e delivery of education and are without alternativ­e but to teach their children themselves while at the same time juggling work and other household activities (Manila Times , May 18,2021)
