This pandemic has given us challenges. Challenges in every aspect of life including the education. As one of the teachers in public school, I always wanted to give my very best even since the COVID 19 does not existing. Today, the situation is new. The normal way of teaching changed into new normal strategy in education. One of the biggest challenge in education is the learning modality. Adapting chosen learning modality of the leaner is quite difficult but interesting. Learners have experienced the use of modules as their main context. Teachers only guide through text, messages, phone calls and chat messages on Facebook. As public teacher who wants to make sure the student will passed the subject, one will make an intervention to the student who are in DME or Did Not Meet Expectation meaning failed for the four week module given. The teacher are obliged to create an alternative leaning actives for the students to make sure that he will surpass the passing grade. Aside from this, teachers will communicate the parents about their academic status. If one student is not active in their SIPACKS retrieval meaning the students might have problems in answering their module. Teacher to the rescue by doing the HOME VISITATION. In home visitation, parent and teacher and students agreed to some conditions. Conditions that may result to positive outcome to the students' learning academic performance.
