Teacher, a motivator

Have you experienced a time where you just want to give up on a task because it is just really hard and you think you can’t do it? But then someone taps you on the back and uplifts your mood, and little did you know, you have already achieved what you needed to do! Every single day can be hard for us as we encounter unexpected things which put us in pressure. But having someone that motivates you makes it a lot more easier and fun. Likewise, students need to have a “motivator” too as studies can be challenging.

Back then, when we teach at the four corners of the classroom, we see the faces of our students in various manners. Some have smiles reaching the ceilings, some have eyes in which anytime may drop, while some are serious in learning it all.

These faces serve as the inspiration for the teachers to teach, though sometimes funny, kids are always a source of passion. Motivating the students should always be in the pocket of every teacher teaching out there.

As we know, most children go to school in order to learn and attain high grades. And doing this takes a lot of toll on them as they need to process various information in every subject they undertake.

When we enliven their spirits and impart positive thoughts on them, they use it as a fuel to go further on their studies. They feel that their efforts are being noticed by the educator and in turn, they do their best in performing tasks.

Another important time when we should motivate our students is before they will take their exams. In this time, they are feeling the pressure since most tests are comprehensive and it will surely affect their grades. By motivating them to do their best and answer with wisdom in mind, they feel empowered because their educator is rooting for them. It makes them happy and hopeful that they will ace their exams and gain honors at the end of the school.

When we believe on our students, it takes a different personal approach on us and to the children. We value what they do and we motivate them because we want what’s best for them. Consequently, they feel that personal empowerment as well which makes them conquer challenges and be victorious on their goals.

When we motivate students, we also push them to be better and reach for the dreams that they long for.
