Many young teachers of today continuously pursue the track that they wanted to take. Either to become a Head Teacher and soon to become a Principal to lead the school and its teacher, or become Master Teacher, who will lead there co-teachers. Some will take MAEd in Education Management or MAEd in their specific discipline or major. Some only take complete academic requirements just to fulfill the Equivalents Record Form to become a Teacher III and they will be glad to have the said position and will no longer continue or finish their studies. Our lives as a teacher goes with a process of unending learning. For every year a new trend in education is introduced. Why not continue to be on the trend? We should not only aim for a position such as Teacher III, where in fact, we can make way to become Master Teacher. In the teaching field, education is really the key to success. The success to become and/or to have your dream position. The dream to be compensated according to your educational attainment and skills. The dream, that many dreamt, but only few wakes up with the attained dream. A teacher should always pursue their dreams. A dream that will help them grow in the field. A dream and acceptance that in the teaching, it is a never-ending learning. A learning that will be of their benefit for this will serve as their pass to the position they want. A position that will help not only themselves but also their families.
