Mom Goals: Anne Curtis is winning at parenting with the help of foodpanda

-

In what is to be the greatest true-to-life role she will ever portray; Anne Curtis is back in the Philippines as a doting mom to her daughter Dahlia. AnnePagbabalik is real, with her career commitments back in full swing, but this time, she says she has a different priority in mind. “Sometimes I still can't believe that I'm now one of those celebrity moms I look up to. Ngayon ko lang na-realize na celebrity moms are really heroes in terms of managing their career and time for family. When I have endorsements and shoots, medyo matagal talaga at minsan umaabot ng gabi. So, I really need to manage my time and make sure I come home before Dahlia's dinner,” she says.

Quality time with her family gives her such a thrill, she says. “I feel so kilig everytime I see Dahlia and Erwan doing things together. When Erwan would prepare dinner for Dahlia, she would want to be there beside her Papa and would automatically do these cute little dances and gestures that are just so ador abl e.”

She talks further about the bond between father and child. “They're like twins! Sometimes I get jealous,” she jokes. “Dahlia really looks like her father. Sobrang carbon copy. But I'd like to believe she got everything else from her Mama. Even her love for K-Pop! Everytime maririnig niya talaga, for example, Dynamite from BTS, she'll dance talaga! Diba, total performer, mana sa Mommy!”

One of her latest collaborations is with foodpanda, with its catchy popstar concept which Anne says she really liked filming. “That was so fun to shoot, and I miss singing talaga! That’s why when foodpanda reached out to me and told me about the concept, I said yes right away!”

Anne also notes the timeliness and relevance of the foodpanda service in making sure more Filipinos stay safe by staying home and ordering online. “Food delivery is really what everyone needs right now, especially during these times. I also noticed that there are a lot of home-based sellers on foodpanda and that they support small local businesses. That's important to me that behind the fun concepts, it’s really about endorsing a brand that is relevant to people now and it’s something I would personally use, lalo na kung busy ang chef namin sa bahay. That’s why I’m really grateful that I am part of the foodpanda family!”

She’s tried other delivery apps even in Australia, and notes the foodpanda difference. “What makes it special is they have so many deals. I really go for products where I can get more of anything. Who doesn’t like deals and discounts every day? Plus, you even get more deals and other additional benefits if you subscribe to pandapro.”

For Anne, foodpanda is a big help for busy moms. “It’s so helpful to have all essentials conveniently delivered at my door. When I am working, and I have a quick shoot at home, I treat the team to a pizza by having it delivered by foodpanda, fast and hasslefree. This convenience frees me up to do other things and I can be a supermom talaga and make sure everything's settled even if I am busy.”

She has also recently launched a new baby essentials brand with Solenn. “This is something close to my heart kasi these are products Dahlia and her daughter Tili can use,” she says. As for her collaboration with foodpanda, she says she isn’t stopping at AnnePagbabalik with more exciting projects in the works.
