English language acquisition is an essential component of Filipino learners' learning quests and processes. Because many academic fields utilize English as their medium of teaching, having a broad English vocabulary helps students connect with a variety of academic difficulties. Greater knowledge of English as a medium of teaching aids learners in grasping the meaning of the ideas being given to them. Having that ability also allows students to express themselves and actively engage in various learning conversations and activities. Learners may improve their confidence in a variety of learning settings by using the English language they have learned. Yes. Indeed, a learner who can speak, write, and comprehend English from a young age has a significant advantage in the learning process. Therefore, many parents and guardians expose their young children to various learning videos where their children's English language acquisition may be improved. However, parents must proceed with care since excessive exposure to such devices may be detrimental to their children. Consultation with health professionals should be sought first, so that parents may be advised on how and when to allow their children to use a device to expose them to English learning videos. Parents may expose their children to informal talks in English at home instead of exposing them to various learning films, which pose a significant danger to their health due to radiation. They may begin with a basic discussion in which they use simple phrases. To begin, one concept, one phrase pattern may be very beneficial. Parents should never be concerned with the format of the discussion. Grammar should not be examined straight away since it may interfere with their spontaneity and fluency. Because language learning does not happen overnight, this exposure should be done regularly. It takes a great deal of practice, patience, as well as methods and strategies. Parents should ensure that their children love learning this language so that they do not feel compelled or penalized to do so. It is advantageous to learn English and get well acquainted with it. However, as Filipinos, we should not make it a point to make our children unfamiliar with their language, the Filipino language. We should constantly bear in mind that English is just a language, not the only indicator of a person's intellect. If we want our children to become eloquent English speakers and writers in the future, we may start by creating an atmosphere that will help them become what we want them to be, while also considering their health, circumstances, hobbies, and personal aspirations.
