Since the beginning of the COVID- 19 pandemic , people have experienced unprecedented change.T he realities of remote work ,anticipated budget reductions , and the responsibilities related to rapid campus closures and tentative re-openings have put a strain on resources. Effective stakeholder engagement will be of great help to help learners during this period of uncertainty . A stakeholder can be anyone who is impacted in offering service, informing strategic decisions and improvements , and leading to productive cross- campus collaborations. Involvement of stakeholders has always been important in schools especially during these challenging times like in implementing the programs , projects and activities .They help the teachers in supporting teaching -learning process and reaching out the learners. Admittedly , stakeholders offer help to gain a deeper understanding of the landscape of students’ achievement by analyzing the findings and perform actionable recommendations tailored specifically from the needs of the school. They also consider collaborations and professional development opportunities , such as instructional support , training webinars and even faculty forums for teachers. The vast majority of stakeholders express an interest in hearing the needs of the learners based on monitoring and evaluation that will lead to more immediate collaborations.Collectively , maintaining effective means of working with others is needed as ever. In educational setting in the new normal it is still important to involve the stakeholders internally by reviewing and updating the various analyses to link with the findings. Coordination mechanism with NGOs , LFUs , alumni and parents should always take for consideration to advocate for change that will benefit the learners.
