CLARK FREEPORT— The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is set to augment the resources of the local government units (LGUs) under granular lockdowns.

Pursuant to the Memorandum Circular No. 11, series of 2021, the DSWD will assist different LGUs with risklevel classification through the provision of Family Food Packs ( FFPs) .

With this scheme, only certain areas such as barangays, streets, sitio, purok, or subdivisions identified as “critical zones” or high risk for the COVID-19 would be placed under a lockdown.

The provision of family food packs to the affected residents will be through a co-sharing of responsibility by the DSWD and the LGU.

"With these, I disavow any knowledge of this purported line up even as I personally know of most of the persons pictured in this imaginary ticket and hold them in high esteem," Eisma said.
