Coronavirus Disease 2019 (CoViD-19), a simple word that strikes fear and misery across the globe, negatively affects the socio-political aspects and nature of countries and economic stability across the scale, from underdeveloped to superpower nationstate. But that is not all. The ongoing pestilence also forced the field of academics worldwide to close. Therefore, it also forces people to face a much more challenging and unusual environment for both work and school.

Information, communication, and technology are three words that define the current way of life in the world. Concepts that define the foundation of the concepts and uses of technology that are useful in bringing out the resourcefulness and potential that each one has inside this seemingly prison-like era over the past few years. Information is vital in our everyday lives, from the consumption of news to satisfaction for entertainment purposes. Communication is essential in the online system of spreading information throughout the world. Technology has become a major instrument to fulfill the needs of individuals that crave enlightenment while just being in front of the screen.

As the use of technology and online platforms continues to dominate and skyrocket in numbers in the ideal workspaces, literacy in operating and manipulating technology is in high demand. In schools, educators along with their students tend to use gadgets that allow them to enter and access the internet, allowing them to continue schooling. However, not every teacher and student are clear and knowledgeable about using technology as an instrument in learning. Most of us consider technology to be fastchanging, and on top of that, it is complex and is very difficult for those who do not begin with it. Learning the use of technology through ICT can be very crucial in times where information runs around the web. As online learning is known to be a good substitute for expanding and progressing in traditional face-to-face schooling, ICT is the only known platform for better comprehending, adapting, and becoming accustomed to the difficult and mind-boggling attributes of ICT itself. Various skill sets are acquired as teachers and students use technology in schooling. Increasing learning through access to limitless resources on the internet both opens a wide range of effective teaching methods for teachers to use and for students to benefit from. However, personal interactions are missed and are known to be a great way of conveying messages. The online environment offers several ways to reach and communicate to integrate two separated ends of interaction: teachers and students.

The unexpected rise of opportunities is in the hands of both teachers and students to use for the betterment and benefit of individuals in acquiring education, knowledge, and wisdom. Knowledge and wisdom in information, communication, and technology are indispensable requisites of the online environment. Once learned, thousands, if not millions, of opportunities, become available to those who wield the mastery; economic and political, but most notably in the country's academic sector. There are always ways to continue obtaining knowledge even in these trying times.
