Be The Change

Kezia Grace S. David

-

There are many problems in the environment we live in. These problems cause great damage to the earth that we live on. If we make just one change to correct these problems, we could change the world as we know it. A lot of people think about changing the world and making it a better place for people to live. This desire to change the world sounds very noble and heroic. But the question is, is it really possible? Is it possible to change the whole world, to make a huge difference on a global level?

Everybody understands that it is almost impossible for one person to change the world. Of course, there are small ways to make the world a better place. But we cannot change the world outright. Everything that we have in the world today has been created by many generations of people over a long period of time. A single person or a few people simply cannot make global changes. But most importantly, if we want to change the world, we need to change ourselves first.

You have to change your mentality, your habits, and your actions. It’s not easy changing yourself, but it’s necessary if you want to make a massive impact. If you want to change reality, start with yourself first and attend to your own personal development. In doing so, problems give way to solutions and no longer affect you. The key to all changes is in our inner transformation – a change of our hearts and minds.

To sum up, recognize that you can change the world — starting today — simply by changing yourself. We all need to start today and change one thing that will make a difference in this world. We all have a burning desire and drive to change the world or at least change ourselves— to make a difference to our kids, our family, our community, and our world.
