The health crisis that we have now has indeed made learning challenging among us. As we all know, the usual face to face learning is not yet happening in our country. Maybe sooner, once situation is managed and our children are already safe to go back to school, then learning would be meaningful and more fun again.

Gladly, despite the situation, there are many ways where our children would be able to learn even though they are in their homes. The modules and learning activities provide for our learners for free are indeed helpful tools to reach out to all our learners in different walks of live.

Aside from that, when gadgets would be available and learners have the means for online instruction, teachers are able to reach out and teach learners using google meetings, zooms, MS teams and the like.

Aside from online instruction, many educational videos that can be accessed for free via you tube could also supplement children's learning. Gladly, our department have created an account where all the educational videos they produced for the new normal age uploaded. Our own provincial government also has an account where all the Super K episodes of our Division can be accessed. Many teachers also initiate and create video lessons which could also be helpful in learning.

E tulay live episodes from Facebook is also another means where children could interact with tutors for them to be assisted with their lessons according to their grade levels

For those who opt for learning via television, the DepEd TV is another platform. Children could watch the episodes daily from Kinder up to High School. Teacher presenters have been screened and selected to be the faces of the episodes.

And, for those other areas where radio instruction is possible, children could learn from their teachers who discuss lessons on air.

These options indeed make us realize that despite the pandemic, learning is still possible. And that learning must continue no matter how challenging it could be because of the various options available.
