Teachers Helping Teachers

Unity is strength… when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved” A quote from Mattie Stepaneck.

These words encourage every company to synergize to achieve success. In the teaching field, these too are among the fundamental attitudes each educator must uniquely have. We must go beyond the Normal Practice that if you are among the Seasoned Teachers, you must have that “label” that you know everything and that you do not need any assistance from anyone else specially to those you call neophytes. And for the neophytes in this field, making those seniors feel inferior to you, especially in your technology, know how is considered a Mortal Sin.

It has been an open-secret s to speak that when you are new in a company, you need to make the necessary adjustments just to fit in.

Being new, you need to be extra careful dealing with all your co-workers specially those seasoned teachers and those who have the so-called, “established names.”

It takes so much courage to admit that we need help for me, this is a great attitude of humbleness.

The people speak for their company. Often, every accomplishment gained by the school reflects the entire institution.

Everyone is an important puzzle peace for the entire school. And so, everyone must lend a helping hand to those in need of. If you have the power to change the life of a co-worker, why not do it? Believe me, it will come back to you in a thousand folds without you realizing it.

Let us be an agent of change by lessening the crab mentality at work, by being a friend, sharing your expertise to everyone on a certain topic would not hurt us, it will be an opportunity to build stronger and better relationshi p.

By doing all these, together, we can prove that “two heads are better than one.” *****
