Burning Desires

"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader." This leadership quotation popularized by John Quincy Adams serves as a beacon of light to Cristo Rey East Elementary School that this humble undersigned leads and supervise. Our school always live to DepEd’s mantra that education is a collaborative effort of people with a vision to provide high-quality, accessible, appropriate, and empowering education, as well as a goal to assures that all processes are in place and that everyone plays a vital role in nation-building, all accompanied by genuine enthusiasm and influenced by our leaders' dedication to succeed..
School management is greatly different than the previous years of management, switching from traditional and actual face-to-face constant monitoring and over a year ago to virtual observation this year, with social media serving as our best and safest platform. The way we lead may be surprisingly diverse and interesting, but the goal kept static: to consider making every learner learn, to involve every stakeholder, and to acknowledging our educators, who play critical roles in raising, fostering, and improving students to become comprehensive and integrated established and trained with values and abilities that are necessary to make contributions to a developed society even during this pandemic.
The test of history forced to confront us with covid19, but as capable of adapting and adaptable leaders we are, using decision - making model as one of my principles, I also let my teachers work more productively and commitments not by attempting to dictate what to do and what giving them mandating orders to follow, but by allowing each teacher to grow personally and professionally on their own, to share their experience and abilities, and to give them the best chance to create and innovate. Learning innovative techniques and burning the midnight oil in order to eventually empower themselves and substantially prepare self-learning modules (SLMs), learning activity sheets(LAS), video lessons, and other meaningful and rewarding activities using the chosen alternative delivery mode.
When leadership styles is combined with transformational and innovativeleadershipintheschoolsetting, itclearlyshowsthatschoolleaders admire teachers as they continue to facilitate instruction using new modalities, acknowledging and recognizing their hardships as they remain in school wearing face masks and face shields as the viral disease does not stop them from fostering a positive discipline and making learning for students manageable. *****
