Being a leader entails great responsibility. It parallels a handful of binding decisions for the betterment of the entirety. It directs to a successful endgame. As an educator, leadership is one of the integral characters a teacher should possess because its key feature is significant in one’s career

In education, leadership plays an essential role in relaying a practical and strategical outcome for the students, teachers, administration, and school personnel. In the students’area, educators should set an example on leading for the learners to learn its importance. It would help them to be more efficient and confident that they can also lead in the future. It builds their confidence to manifest their character.

For the teachers, leadership sets a middle ground to meet halfway. It constitutes decision making and logical analysis that is both from the leader and its followers. The two-way process would be performed as they are aware of how work ethic works. Being able to lead without the expense of internal and external conflicts from other co-workers signifies leadership effectiveness.

In essence, educational leadership fosters an academic success vision for all students. This is significant because there has always been a historical divide between students from different socioeconomic backgrounds and between high and low achievers. Overall, it is imperative as it directs a positive outcome in different spheres of education. *****
