“The person who send out positive thoughts activates the world around him positively and draws back to himself positive results, Norman Vincent Peale is right. The more negative thoughts the more negativity arises. It is an open-secret that the continuing paradigm shifts of our curriculum, we are being bombarded with so much concerns such as Home Visitations, Daily Lesson Logs, IPCRFs, and so on. We will candidly tell that such documents makes our tasks more heavier and admit it or not We sometimes feel that schools are little by little being transformed into “orphanages.” They are what I want to believe the extension of Child Care Centers with a twist. It will always be an open-secret so to speak.

But, I encourage everyone to think outside the box of the classroom….outside the old traditional ways. If you consider yourself as a Teacher….you know how to accept the fact that public school experience is not always a bed of roses. Go back ask your inner self. Tell yourself these things…. You teach not because you ought to…you teach because you teach because of that burning passion inside you to feed each learner you meet, who are starving for Knowledge that only you know the way towards it. As what Mother Teresa of Calcutta said, “you don’t wash the dishes because you wash them for the next person who will eat next to you. It is also like the habit of flushing the toilet after use for the concern for the next person who will use it.

Pandemic or not, I believe that there is this hopeful heart inside all of us. And that alone will be our greatest weapon in battling the challenges of the teaching world.

The responsibility is not that easy and there are bouncy roads with thorns along the way. But if you are a Teacher whatever it takes you will surely make a Big Difference through different schemes. Strategic Intervention Materials, Localized and Conceptualized Instructional Materials and so on amidst the problems of financial difficulties you experience in terms of salary repetitively… You are a Teacher if you know from the deepest part of your heart that you had created a RAINBOW of experience into the lives of the people you encountered that will never be erased even by the blows of the wind.”
