Every people have a different way of alleviating stress. Depending on the way we look for the cause of stress and the way to solve it.

Some people focused on the problem they wanted to solve. An example is during the pandemic many people lost their job instead of crying and to feel sorry about the situation they look for a possible solution some people started a business online because that is the new trend. Some maximize their backyard by planting fruits and vegetables.

Some people cope with stress through their emotions. An example of this is some people during this pandemic lose their job instead of looking for the solution they tend to focus on their emotions they keep on crying thinking that it will alleviate the pain. Some are sharing this feeling on social media because of believing that expressing and receiving sympathy from others will also help them alleviate the pain.

And some people are looking for the meaning of it. Some people believe that there is always a reason behind every story. An example of this is, the pandemic changing our routine. Before the pandemic, people are busy earning money. They need to wake up early, travel early, and go home late at night. But because of this pandemic, most of the workers spend time at home having work-from-home scenarios. Instead of having a feeling of stress, people started to look for the meaning of it. One of the beautiful results of this is it strengthens the bond of family; it allows the parents to spend quality time with their children. They started to convert their house into a home and let them express the love they had for their families.

Every people have their way of coping with stress during this pandemic. We need to keep in mind that it’s okay to cry for a while just to alleviate the pain and later think for the solution to solve the worries, think about the reason why this thing happen to us and don’t forget to bow our heads and offer a prayer to our Lord God. For sure, after doing this it will lighten your feeling and it will bring you back to a reality that the only constant in life is change.
