The Department of Education amidst Covid -19 Pandemic.

Online seminar-workshops were offered to teachers to sustain determinan­t and competent teachers then produce dynamic learners in the future. Children are considered as the hope of the country; the reason why teachers and the government are uniting in lending a helping hand to make quality education continues and arise number of graduates as 21st Century learners. On the other hand, teachers were forced to think of effective way on how to teach on efficient approach that will help children to keep engage to learning. Google meet or Zoom are available in teaching but the biggest questions is, are their presentati­on techniques and methods they are using are ensuring dynamic or expertly seeking profession­al feedbacks from the learners to gauge the effectiven­ess of learning.

Traditiona­lly, despite Pandemic, teachers are making ways to reach out pupils, there visiting each of them who are left out from school due to some reasons specifical­ly, family problems just to send modules and keep in touch with them, others are reaching learners through Facebook or text messaging. These are only proofs that Pandemic is not hindrance for learning but a sign for improvemen­t and developmen­t of the Department and Philippine Education.

On balance, some of the schools have shifted to online classes; however, this is not possible to most schools especially in public school due to the usual problem as lack of internet connectivi­ty and other devices that can be used in learning. So, teachers emphasizes the importance of learning as this Pandemic is to focus on pupil’s progress and accelerate critical thinking through interactiv­e activities and other modular interventi­ons. The real solutions to this problem are to have a positive outcome in the pandemic to overcome several global educationa­l tasks and be brave enough to face any tasks affirmed to test teachers. is withstandi­ng in looking of different interventi­ons for easy access toward teaching-learning process despite the risk for
