Suspected drug dens in Subic, Cabanatuan City dismantled
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - Another drug den in Subic town was dismantled that also resulted in the arrest of its operator and three of his cohorts following a buy-bust operation by joint operatives of Zambales police and
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Zambales on Saturday dawn, March 26.
The operating teams identified the arrested suspects as Saad Mohammad y Hamajan (drug den maintainer) male, of legal age, married, resident of Purok 6A, Sitio Yagit, Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zam bal es; Jay son Santos y Catap, male, 37, married, resident of Olongapo City; Fernando Ramos y Sta. Ana, male, 54, married, unemployed, resident of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales; and Coro Jawatan y NMN, male, of legal age, resident of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zam bal es.
The operation yielded 13 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 15.80 grams of suspected shabu amounting to P109, 020, assorted drug paraphernalia; and the buy-bust money.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects.
Meanwhile, in Cabanatuan City, two suspected drug den operators along with their two cohorts were arrested and yielded some P103,500 worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation launched on Saturday night, March 26.
PDEA Nueva Ecija officers identified the arrested suspects as Noel Sales y Bravo alias Botchok, 32 , married, a resident of Brgy. Mayapyap Su r, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (drug den maintainer); Rowena Sales y Ramos, 29, married, resident of Brgy. Mayapyap Su r, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (drug den maintainer); Roldan Cruz y Ramos, 30, single, resident of Brgy. Buliran, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija; and Rina Grace Juarez y Garcia, 22, single, resident of Brgy.

The operation was consummated at about 9:30 pm at Barangay Mayapyap Su r, Cabanatuan City.
The operation yielded six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing some 15 grams of suspected shabu amounting to P103,500; assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money used by the undercover agent.
The operation was jointly conducted by operatives led by PDEA Nueva Provincial Office, NEPPO PPDEU and Cabanatuan CPS -SDEU.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or otherwise known as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects.
