Carla Abellana joins the cast of Voltes V
For the fans of the television show Voltes V here is your chance to bring back the hands of time... Carla Abellana is Mary Ann Armstrong in Voltes V: Legacy.
Miguel Tanfelix is playing the role of Steve, Matt Lozano is Big Bert, while Raphael Landicho is Little Jon.
The latter played the kid of Carla in her 2020 drama series Love of My Life.
In her 24 Oras interview with Lhar Santiago, Carla said that her inclusion in Voltes V: Legacy really made her day.
“Napakalaking blessing, sobra!
“Iyon po ang nagpapasaya sa akin ngayon t al aga, nagpapangiti sa akin nang malaki.”
On her role, Carla said Mary Ann Armstrong is “very educated, very skilled.”
She added, “She’s quite stern, may pagkastrict, and serious.”
Carla started taping for Voltes V: Legacy this April.
The Kapuso actress has nothing but good words for the production and her co-stars.
She said, “Ang gandaganda po ng set, ang ganda ng costumes. Ang huhusay po ng mga bata umarte. Buti na lang hindi po ako na-distract!”
Carla is the latest addition to the growing cast of Voltes V: Legacy.
The show is headlined by Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Matt Lozano, Rap h ael Landicho, and Radson Flores, who form the super electromagnetic machine Voltes V.
The allies of the
Voltes V team include Gabby Eigenmann, Neil Ryan Sese, and Albert Martinez.
The Boazanian force or the villains are formed by Epy Quizon, Liezel Lopez, Carlo Gonzalez, and Martin del Rosar i o.
New Kapuso young stars are also part of the show: Jamir Zabarte, Angela Alarcon, Sophia Senoron, Elle Villanueva, Julia Pascual, Crystal Paras, Dave Duque, Kimson Tan, Joaquin Manansala, and Migs Villasis.
Voltes V: Legacy is directed by Mark Reyes, written by Suzette Doctolero, and approved by Toei Company, Ltd. and Telesuccess Productions Inc.
After her break up with Kiko Estrada, Devon Seron chooses to remain single.

“Sobrang nakakatuwa na kahit ngayon na may pandemic — medyo mahirap magtrabaho dahil kailangan mong maging careful because of the virus — happy ako na napu-push through pa rin, nagagawa pa rin natin.
“Tungkol sa pandemic yung movie, na nagspread yung virus. Ipapakita dun yung life struggles, how to survi ve.
“Ipinapakita dun na yung mga moments na akala mo, napakaimportante sa ‘yo, yung mga problema na sa tingin mo ay importante…
“Tapos bigla na lang mawawala. Actually, hindi na siya magmamatter. Kasi nga, it’s a matter of life and death na.
“So, dun mo mapapakita na you have to cherish every moment talaga with your loved ones, with the people that you care about.”
Is she really happy being single?
"Yes!"

If there would be any project for her to work with Kiko, would she accept it?
“Oo naman po. Professional naman po… matagal na rin po kami sa industriya.
“And OK lang sa akin. Pag trabaho, trabaho talaga.”
“OK kami. Civil, of course. Pero we’re not that… masasabi mong friends…
“Pero masaya na kami. Masaya na kami. I’m happy for him, I’m happy for him. Masaya rin ako sa sarili ko ngayon,” the asctress st r essed .
