Resiliency in the face of Adversity

Resiliency is a word that best describe an Educator. One of the extreme qualities that an Educator should possess is resiliency in any endeavor that He/ She faces.
Year 2019 is the year where education was tested and challenged by a Global Pandemic called Covid19.
High mortality rate was recorded not only in from the country it originated from as well as all over the world.
It caused economies to freeze, Business to stop operating and global health units to fail.
Through this trying time governments from countries who were greatly affected formulated plans and contingencies to counter if not eradicate this pandemic menace that ravaged the almost 90% of the world’s population.
As the global pandemic slowly subside and took it course. International communities from different countries were able to subdue causes of the pandemic and promote health protocols that lessen the risk of individuals being infected by the illness.
As the global economy open its doors to again trade items and other merchandizes the Educational System is not far behind.
It is high time that the Educators resiliency is showcased and slowly but surely cultivate the once frozen educational system.
Educators are considered to be front liner and that their contribution to the educational system in times of the pandemic is invaluable.
Though the illness spread all over the world the Educators were adamant in their oath to provide quality and up to date education to the affected learners.
Educators were tasked to provide different modes of instruction to the young learners with the risk of being infected by the illness.
The capability of the Educator to engage students to learn through modules and online learning shows the prowess of educators. Being flexible and creative in dealings about education.
The Educator’s ability to adapt to changes and acquire new knowledge and strategies gives them the power to overcome academic challenges.
The Educator’s adamant stand in providing quality education surpasses illiteracy and open doors to eradicate if not lessen the impact of poverty.
Lastly, the Educator’s resiliency against a seemingly unconquerable odds such as the Covid19 Pandemic exhibits the dedication of the teacher to make these young generation of today have a successful and fruitful life as experts, specialists and masters in their own field.
