Instilled Creativity and Innovation within the 21st Century Educator

How do we define Creativity and Innovation in the 21st Century Educator? Creativity simply defined in concepts such as Intelligence, Knowledge, Originality in Ideas and Intensive Interest. Such feat is a must for every 21st Century Educators. Creativity is a factor that sparks the interests of the learners of today.

The way the Teacher or Educator showcase his/her creativity in incorporating lessons and knowledge to be fully grasps by the learners is an amazing skill in which learning fully happens and develops the learners holistically.

Usage of the Educator’s creativity can be shown through the use of 21st Century Gadgets and Apps that appeals to the learner’s way of living in the modern times in which they will be more interested and immersed at the same time.

The Educators creativity does not only stop on the usage of such modern machineries and applications it is also synergized on how the Teacher discusses the lesson to showcase his/her techniques and strategies in delivering up to date information through lessons.

Innovation is very prominent in the Educators of today. New and Up to date techniques and strategies are being formulated to better suit the learners of the 21st Century.

The 21st Century learners are rapidly evolving through the use of modern ways of acquiring information by World Wide Web.

To better cater this rapid changes Educators should also ride the waves of change and undergo metamorphosis that will go head to head in terms of knowledge to inculcate 21st Century Education and Information to our young learners.

Creativity and Innovation is an integral part in the growth of 21st Century Educators to better foster Learning in an efficient way through strategies and techniques. The ability of the Educator to incorporate the lesson through present situations such as COVID19 Pandemic and the aggression between Russia and Ukraine will manifest creativity and the innovative side of Educators.
