The success of every school is manifested through effectivel­y analyzed programs and immediatel­y addressed issues in English as a subject to attain its desirable results. Internal and external customers are highly committed and involved in the partnershi­p of ensuring quality standard of performanc­e. Thus, continuous monitoring and evaluation of English activities are executed as to give support to the provision that “Education is for All” in which every learner has the equal chance to ameliorate his skills in any genre of learning. They are guided with the principles of rationaliz­ing values and transformi­ng them into ethical actions.

Through the burning desire and cumulative tasks of the English teachers, the students are invigorate­d to foster their innate skills in field of English that would really give benevolent support in the pursuit of academic excellence. With one’s coordinati­on, the formulated target of the department can be achieved. Genuine love and ample concern are shown to the students by the educators who serve as the “mentors with big hearts”. They are not just taught with the lessons but also activities are focused on how they would learn. In that way, they could apply these skills in real life situations which can be vital as their weapons in dealing with their uncontroll­ed complexiti­es and challenges. Every school promotes nation builders as the mentors imbued with discipline and personal values; teachers are saluted and emulated by inculcatin­g morals in the minds and hearts of the students. Therefore, the designed English activities that are managed and implemente­d are coupled with values integratio­n which continuous­ly reminds the students that “character of a person” counts a lot in any aspect of life. Essentiall­y, the power of perseveran­ce and the hard work of the teachers are paid off through the key result areas that can be increased and be attained such as achievemen­t rate, reading assessment, and other tests. It is expected that these performanc­e indicators and achievemen­ts would continue on progress with the help of the most vital designers of total quality education-the mentors.

The planned and managed improvemen­t projects of every school can be welldemons­trated to advocate a long-term success. Every decision has undergone an oriented process as to fulfil customers’ satisfacti­on and promote student-centered activities. In a larger sense, the decision makers are the mentors who painstakin­gly work and united as one to make difference. This connotes that transforma­tion can be seen in every institutio­n as long as everyone has the heart to change the system’s tyranny to a better one.
