CREATING SOLUTIONS THROUGH CLASSROOM INNOVATIONS

In recent years, research has been a paramount movement in almost all aspects of the human profession. Teaching as a profession took a gradual step toward embracing innovative and creative changes concerning sciences and future developments. Breaking through the silence of traditional teaching has been a new brand of instruction in the contemporary situation, hence, teachers were also taught to be innovative in their own ways. Our economy is built on a foundation of education. Our success in life and who we become as individuals are determined by what we study in school. It influences how we approach issues, collaborate with people, and perceive the world. Education becomes even more crucial for creating the next generation of innovators and creative thinkers in today's innovation-based economy. The potential of current education, however, falls well short of what many students are really learning. Innovative concepts in education are frequently adopted and investigated slowly. Instead, many teachers continue to use antiquated and decreasingly effective teaching strategies. As the pandemic persists for more than two years, teachers must address the perennial and pressing needs of learners as they venture into distance learning, particularly the modular approach. One of the most developed innovations is about Remedial Reading Program, it is technically obvious that elementary education must revolve around learning basic literacies such as reading and numeracy. Teachers crafted their innovations and programs with catchy and decorated names, but beyond that eye-captivating names, the content is a must. It should answer the question of the problem and provide a sustainable solution. Technology is always tapped and aid educators in the teaching-learning process.
Innovation in education is necessary, given the impact of technology and other societal changes. While many schools struggle with issues including underfunding, disinterested students, and out-of-date curricula, innovation offers a solution. Innovation is significant not just for businesses. In many respects, incorporating and teaching innovation in the classroom is best for education. Today's educators can have a significant impact on the future of our world by experimenting with new and better ways to educate pupils and by imparting to them the knowledge and abilities necessary for them to become innovators.
