PROBLEMS AND ISSUES ENCOUNTERED IN SCHOOL WHEN IT COMES TO LEARNERS

Teaching is not that easy nowadays specially when you have many things to deal with. Teachers encounters different problems not only when it comes to their profession but also when it comes to dealing with learners. We know the fact that the attitude of learners nowadays is much more different, and respect are lesser and lesser can be seen among them. As teachers teaching is one thing that they need to give emphasis to be able to give quality education to learners but due to many instances some teachers are no longer pleased with their profession. Since the start of the face to face class, problems and issues when it comes to learners rises. The span of learning becomes lesser and more and more learners are becoming uninterested when it comes to learning. Teachers always do their best to deliver their lesson and even go beyond their ability just to give learners what they need to learn despite of the learners issues when it comes to lack of interest and behavior. Learners are more fond of browsing social medias on cellphone rather than their notes which makes them more un focus on their studies. Problems and issues encountered in school when it comes to learning are not merely due to teacher’s factor but mostly due to unruly behavior of learners and their lack of interest in studying due to improper guidance of parents that must be addressed. Some of the learners are fond of destroying school properties and even engaging in some fights or doing unnecessary behavior that disrupts classes. Parents should be more involved in the development of their child for their development when it comes to good behavior and having respect for elders and for other person starts at home. Parents should not be just like throwing their children in school so they can rid of them for the whole day and just let the school to bear with what their children will do in school for the whole week, they should also be involve in school and have time to monitor the learning status of their children. Avoiding responsibility and letting others do the work will not help. Parents that tolerate their child’s unruly behavior or letting their children dominate them and accepting the fact that they can’t handle their child are creating future monsters which is the reason why teachers are having hard time in handling certain learners who are under this instances.If parents shows concern to their child and that they find time to teach them good manners and even guide them on their studies with teachers help in molding them when it comes learning then maybe there will be no learners that will truly be no left behind….
