3upils want to be valued by teachers in the classroom and to be treated carefully. They expect directed interests, curiosity and anxiety on them from their teachers beyond the academic support. ,f the teacher is perceived as a person that is interested in pupils personally, they get the higher motivation to participate in class activities or towards learning. $s a teacher, it is necessary to motivate pupils and help them recogni]e their weaNnesses and strengths. They are important role models for pupils and have a huge impact on helping shape, support, create, and establish pupils¶ goals, strengths, and Nnowledge. $ teacher¶s influence, expectations and ideas of his or her pupils¶ capabilities and strength have an effect on the academic performance and achievements of pupils. Therefore, it is essential to be aware of the effective characteristics, sNills and Tualities that one brings into a learning environment (3ride5eading3rogram, 201 ). ,t is not an exaggeration to say that an aggressive teacher can change a pupil¶s life. There are an endless Tuantity of great and extraordinary teacher stories that prove to the benefits of a strong relationship between a pupil and a teacher. $n aggressive teachers can be described as they maNe or set high expectations for all pupils, they have clear, written out objectives, they are prepared and organi]ed, they engage pupils and get them to looN at issues in a variety of ways, they form strong relationships with their pupils and show that they care about them as people, they are masters of their subject matter, they communicate freTuently with parents, they maNe learning fun, stimulating, and lessons engaging that are important to a pupil¶s academic success (Great6chool6taff, 201 ). There are things separate good teacher from motivational aggressive teacher, :iggins (201 ) stated the difference is Tualitative. The actions, behavior, and attitudes of motivational aggressive teachers differ considerably from those of good teachers and it is not just a matter of degree. Moreover, Gillespie (2015) mentioned about things that separate good teacher from motivational aggressive teacher. $ good teachers is the one who only teaches, a motivational aggressive teacher is the one who learns and teaches, a good teacher is the one who explains once, a motivational aggressive teacher is the one who explains again and again until he she is sure her purpose has been served, a good teacher have pupils who produce while a motivational aggressive teacher are responsible for what their pupils produce, a good teacher provide consistent feedbacN, a motivational aggressive teacher possess a growth mindset and constantly praise efforts, lastly a good teacher arrive to school on time and complete all their duties and obligations while a motivational aggressive teacher go above and beyond for their pupils and their school and they never Tuit and never complain about the worNing hours. The success of the classroom learning is not only limited on its effects on motivational teachers¶ aggressive behavior, the Tuality of teachers and their classroom instructional performance is undeniably eTually important. $ccording to the 3hilippine 3rofessional 6tandards for Teachers (201 ), teachers play a crucial role in nation building. Through Tuality and dedicated teachers, the 3hilippines can develop intelligent and holistic pupils who are steeped in values, capable of 21st century sNills, and able to drive our country to progress and development. This is in consonance with the 'epartment of (ducation ('ep(d) vision of producing ³)ilipinos who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to reali]e their full potential and contribute importantly to building the nation´ ('ep(d 2rder 1o. , s. 201 ).
