They are driven by the conviction that every kid can learn and succeed and are dedicated to improving the lives of their students. In conclusion, teacher leadership is a critical aspect of modern education. Effective teacher leaders are educators who take on leadership roles within their schools or districts, working collaborat­ively with others, committed to their profession. Great teachers are teacher leaders.
