Chef Baboy opens at Infinity Angeles City

ANGELES CITY— Chef Vince Garcia Culinary Group (CVGCG) officially opened its third branch of Chef Baboy at The Infinity on March 23.

The new location comes six months after the successful launch of the Clark branch and is part of CVGCG's continued expansion eff or t s.

The ribbon-cutting ceremonies were led by Angeles City Mayor Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin Jr.; CVGCG President and Chief Executive Officer Chef Vince Garcia and wife, Sheena Marie Yco- Garcia; CVGCG Chief Operating Officer Joyce Pingol-Canlas; and Chef Baboy Infinity partners JP Concepcion and Mariama YabutConce­pcion.

CVGCG, one of the leading homegrown restaurant groups in Pampanga, is proud to bring its best cuisine closer to diners with Chef Baby's Filipino-Korean fusion culinary concept.

Chef Baboy takes pride in adapting the distinct Filipino taste while using authentic Korean ingredient­s to create a uniquely appealing menu that includes the "best cheese ever" cheese sauce, special marinated meats, and flavorful side dishes or banchan in Korean.

Best sellers à la carte include cheese ramyeon and kimbap.

"The response from the community since day one has been positive, and we are always proud of our food brand, which is Chef Baboy,” Garcia said.

“We opened last February 2022 during the pandemic surge with a purpose of providing jobs for the retrenched workers and fulfilling a dream come true. It has always been my dream to open my own Samgyupsal restaurant because my wife, Sheena, and | are Korean Samgyupsal fanatic eaters,” he added.

The new Chef Baboy Unlimited Premium Korean BBQ branch in The Infinity Angeles City is strategica­lly located in the central business district, making it easily accessible to locals and tourists.

The restaurant's modern Korean-inspired design gives it a fun and lively vibe that diners will surely enjoy.
