“We just don’t let them transfer in a bare lot ba nga sila patukoron lang nato. Naa pa man tay site development like develop the road and divide the land and identify the open spaces,” padayag ni Sayson.

“We decided to locate in Mandaue City because being the progressive industrial hub of Metro Cebu, it deserves a world class tourism resort. In Mandaue, we will be the first,” matod ni Justin Xiao, chief executive officer sa MPAHRI.
