Mabatid mikiha nila ni Ayuman, Alcover

Si Cebu City Councilor Prisca Niña Mabatid nipasaka og kasong libel batok kang kanhi Apas barangay captain Ramil Ayuman, kanhi Cebu City councilor Pastor Alcover ug sa usa sa mga complainant ngadto sa Office of the City Prosecutor, Huwebes, Nobiyembre 28, 2019.

Si Mabatid niingon sa iyang affidavit nga dihang nag-angat ang May 2019 elections, siya nipasangil nga si Alcover nagsugod sa pag-post sa iyang Facebook account, nga nagpadayag sa iyang “kasuko” kang Mabatid, kon nganong siya naa sa “top of the surveys and finally he lost in the actual election.”

Iya usab nga gitumbok si Ayuman nga mao usab ang gibuhat, nang-share og “defamatory posts” ni Alcover batok kaniya.

Gawas niini, siya niingon nga si Ayuman nisulti og “defamatory statement” batok kaniya nga namantala sa mga mantalaan diin kini niingon nga si “Mabatid should step down as chairman of the committee on women, children, and family affairs.”

Iya usab nga gilakip sa pagkiha ang usa sa mga complainant ni Lorenzo Basamot, kinsa gikihag sexual harassment sa tulo ka mga babaye.

Sa ilang press conference ni Ayuman ug Alcover, si Ayuman niingon nga nagplano usab silang mokiha kang Mabatid tungod sa paglapas sa Anti-Wire Tapping Law.

Si Ayuman niingon nga si Mabatid ni-record sa ilang panagsultihanay sa giingong usa sa mga biktima sa sexual harassment nga wa kini sa masayod ug gi-play pa atol sa privilege speech sa konsehal atubangan sa Cebu City Council niadtong Martes, Nobiyembre 26.
