• The brick oven pizzas are excellent and a must- try. The Diavola, with salami and goat cheese, is strongly recommende­d. For extra heat, request a bottle of homemade hot sauce (the secret ingredient is calamansi).

• Pastas are fresh and handmade daily. Try the ravioli di mushroom, with almonds and brown butter sauce.

• Equipped with a coveted Josper charcoal oven, the kitchen prepares excellent prime Angus steaks.
