What: Viking Range Showroom Where: Westgate Commercial Centre, Alabang
Fun-loving Tedrick Yau and Franco Laurel jointly organised an intimate dinner and private cooking session at the Viking Range Showroom. For the occasion, a mix of traditional and modern Spanish dishes were created especially by Viking Range ambassador, chef chele Gonzalez, using the brand's latest kitchen equipment. For the evening's highlight, guests got a peek at some of the chef's best-kept secrets and learned how to cook Spanish classics: from all-time favourite croquetas de jamón and mouthwatering paella negra, to savoury sour ribs. The fun gathering of friends and foodies not only tickled taste buds but revealed some valuable cooking tips from Gonzalez, one of Manila's most popular chefs.
