This holistic sensibility pays off in the structural integrity and sustainability of M Residences’ town homes. Foregoing natural wood in its material components has resulted in fire and termite resistant structures.
He fondly refers to these monochromatic canvases for residents to decorate entirely their own as “city villas,” wherein their inherent designs require less energy consumption and improves cross-ventilation.
