Design connoisseurs gathered at the intimate launch of Lalique’s Panda by Han Meilin and Aquatique 2 collections in Rustan’s Makati. Guests were welcomed by Lalique Regional Director for SEA and Aseana Daniel Ong, together with Rustan’s Nedy Tantoco and Maritess Tantoco Enriquez. Manila’s stylish set graced the occasion including Margie Moran Floirendo, Happy Ongpauco Tiu, and Zelda Kienle. The Panda Collection by Han Meilin highlights Yuan-yuan and Meng-meng, named after Yuan-meng, the first panda to be born in France. The 55-piece limited edition extra-large panda is a homage to 55 years of Franco-chinese friendship. Lalique’s Aquatique 2 Collection, on the other hand, draws inspiration from the underworld to arrive at a stunning waterthemed decorative line.
