Curried Singaporean Noodles

1 pack vermicelli noodles (good for 4) 2 tsp sesame oil
1 onion diced
1 tsp curry powder, to taste
Juice of 1 lime
4 cloves chopped garlic
1-2 tsp coco sugar 1 tsp toyomansi or soy sauce Assorted vegetables of choice Optional: Add fried tofu
Blanche vermicelli noodles. In a pan, add the sesame oil. Add the onions. Add the lime juice, coco sugar, curry powder, toyomansi and garlic. Add all the vegetables and saut. Add blanched vermicelli. Add fried tofu if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
