Alugbati Malung

1 bunch alugbati
1 red onion, sliced thinly
¼ tsp cumin powder
½ cup fresh coconut or coconut chutney 2 tablespoons lime juice
Heat up a pan. Add the onions and cook until transparent. You can add a splash of water to prevent it from sticking. Add the alugbati and cook for three minutes. Add the coconut or coconut chutney, lime juice and cumin. Adjust the lime juice and add salt to taste. Serve hot or as a salad.
