INGREDIENTS

45ml Maker’s Mark

1/2 jigger lemon juice

4 slices of cucumber plus 1 for garnish 1/4 jigger sweetener

Top up with ginger ale

EQUIPMENT

Highball glass Stirrer or spoon

In the serving glass, muddle 4 slices of cucumber. Add the Maker’s Mark, lemon juice and sweetener. Add ginger ale to fill up the glass. Stir and add the cucumber garnish.
