There’s a wellness trend happening worldwide and many people are jumping on the bandwagon, from stay-at-home individuals to corporate folks and everyone in between. Joy Mendoza is no exception. Who better to get into the health trend than this mum of five who is also a blogger, author, brand ambassador, and public speaker for topics on marriage, parenting, and homeschooling.

This lady walks the talk. Her well-balanced lifestyle begins with a morning exercise session with her husband, homeschooling the kids, and then working on her personal projects or errands. As a mother, she knows to give what’s only the best for her family.

“I believe that we should invest in preventive health and wellness. While I am thankful to the doctors out there who save lives, I also believe that we need to do our part to take care of ourselves. This includes exercise, eating wisely, good sleep, lots of water, clean air, and of course, emotional and spiritual well-being. Unfortunately, we can’t always control all of these factors. And our bodies tend to undergo a lot of stress due to our environment and lifestyles. So it’s very likely that we will get sick if we don’t build up our immunity. Manuka Health products enable our bodies to fight off things like the flu naturally,” says the blogger-mum who runs her own site called “Teach with Joy.” She publishes stories about her daily adventures of home
