We missed this girl! KC Concepcion headlines this month’s issue and her third Tatler cover
Acelebrity’s child, KC Concepcion, grew up in the spotlight—a print media darling, sought-after endorser, and favourite fodder for the rumour mill. The daughter of Megastar Sharon Cuneta and eternal heartthrob Gabby Concepcion, however, does not have the trappings of a diva, as might be the common expectation—at least none that we saw during this pictorial for this cover story.
KC was full of excitement when she arrived at the studio for the cover pictorial, confident that she would be in the good hands of her trusted fairy godmothers that day. She even brought along her cute little pup, Churros, who instantly charmed everyone he met with his friendly disposition.
For the shoot, Siren Studios was transformed into an enchanted forest by set designer Justine Bumanlag and fl oral stylist Maria Parsons of Lanai. The studio’s whitewashed walls became a verdant fairyland in the midst of which KC, seated or standing, looked every inch a princess and the most beautiful fl ower to admire.
Photographer Mark Nicdao was there to capture this beauty on camera. Having worked multiple times with KC at different phases of her career, the master lensman saw the star blossom into a woman who knows who she is, what she can do, and where she is going.
