More than just another welldesigned development, M Residences is set to change the very face of urban real estate
Space, style, cost, and location: these are the four factors that many Filipino families look at when they are choosing homes to live in. A family needs room to grow in over the years, and the home they choose must have an aesthetic that wears well and will remain appealing despite the passage of time. Location is also vital today, when travelling to and from work has become a struggle that seriously cuts into precious moments spent with one’s loved ones. Cost is a key consideration as well, since a home is a longstanding investment for the family.
M Residences, the latest development from the VConsunji Group, has all these aspects covered. More than just a set of well-designed buildings, it is a development that has carefully considered architectural strategy and environmental sustainability. Each structure is meant to be a home that will grow and evolve along with the family that occupies it.
“M Residences is all about getting more out of a home,” VConsunji Group CEO Vic Consunji says of the development.
“It is designed with the family’s ultimate comfort in mind. What this development addresses is the need for a bigger space at an affordable price.”
Strategically located at the Acacia Estates in Taguig, with a second location at Mowelfund in New Manila, M Residences is within close proximity to commercial centres and business districts, giving residents easier access to both work and leisure venues.
The M Residences was developed with the comfort of a growing family in mind. Each townhouse has been designed to draw families together and to help foster camaraderie within the community. Measuring 180 to 400 square metres, the space for each structure is maximised and is not limited by the usual construction limitations. Built along the strong clean lines of modern tropical architecture, each house is also sturdy enough to withstand earthquakes and storms, with the added advantage of being both fire-retardant and termite-proof.
Sustainability is also at the core of the design for M Residences. Window and vent placements are thoroughly planned to bring in natural light and keep the tropical heat and pollution of the urban sprawl out. Each house even has its own small garden— an element that brings a touch of the outdoors into the home. “We did those glass areas for cross ventilation and light,” Consunji says of the design. “We wanted to maximise the space but also push in the maximum amount of light while keeping the whole house airy.”
M Residences is more than just another showplace development. With its structural features and key location, it is a home that the modern Filipino family can take great pride in for years to come.
