At the moment, we obviously have a very strong real-estate market. But the problem I see is a lot of condominiums downsizing, even as yet there is still a small number of condominiums that actually provide larger spaces for a good price. The trend I foresee is that a lot of families that are already living in, say, a one- or two-bedroom condominium who are looking to expand and are running into that wall: no space. And so moving forward to 2020 and beyond, it’s going to be a trend for homeowners to try to upgrade to a bigger home.
