1999 NAOKI TAKIZAWA

To focus on his research projects, Miyake handed over the reins to Naoki Takizawa to head menswear design in 1994 and then womenswear in 1999. Takizawa joined the house fresh of out of Kuwasawa Design School in 1981 and moved to Uniqlo after his tenure.
