An Everlasting Union
A friendship blossomed into a love that brought Robert Tan and Rachel Felicia to the altar
Robert Tan and Rachel L Felicia had known each other 15 years before tying the knot last February 20, 2021. The newlyweds first met in childhood, as classmates at the Makati Hope Christian School. However, their love story only officially began after graduating from university, when—as the bride puts it—Rachel was “allowed to date”.
What followed was a beautiful romance filled with travel and adventure. Robert had proposed on a ski trip in Niseko, Japan last 20 January 2020. After their wedding, the adventuruous couple had also enjoyed an extended vacation in Amanpulo last March 2021. Now, they say, there are plans to head to Pangulasian island in
June 2021 and Botswana in September 2021.
An exciting life awaits this young couple, who were wed at Shangri-La at The Fort, Manila. The wedding ceremony was held at the Grand Ballroom Foyer, followed by a reception at the Bonifacio Ballroom.
