MICKY FENIX
A food writer and editor, Fenix writes a weekly column, “Country Cooking” for the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Her book, Country Cooking: Philippine Regional Cuisines won the National Book Award Food Category in 2014. She chairs the Doreen Gamboa Fernandez Food Writing Award and is president of the Food Writers Association of the Philippines. In this issue, she writes about Philippine regional cuisine (p. 166).
