HEART ATTACK
Only 28 numbered pieces of this new limited-edition Reine de Naples Coeur have been made. The collection is inspired by Caroline Murat, who was the younger sister of Napoléon Bonaparte and who commissioned AbrahamLouis Breguet to make what is widely recognised as the first-ever wristwatch. This new release has two minute hands that join together to form the outline of a heart. The hours are displayed at the centre of the elongated oval dial, which is housed in a rose gold and diamond-set case.
