When two highly reputable names come together, they are bound to achieve nothing short of remarkable. That is one way to describe the exciting portfolio of Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc (SRPI), the joint venture between real-estate companies Shang Properties, Inc and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC). Distinctly crafting a refreshing urban luxury in its upscale developments, SRPI recently unveiled its newest project at the heart of Bridgetowne Estate. Haraya Residences distinguishes itself as a vertical gated village, where the spirit of collaboration and community is remarkably evinced down to all the details.

Rooted in the meaning of the Filipino word haraya, or “imagination”, SRPI enlisted the ingenuity and expertise of top firms worldwide, including Hong Kong architectural firm P & T Group, Italian interior design company FM Architettura, and Bangkok-based landscaping studio P Landscape. Together, they built the new high-rise while holding onto a single and sacred mission: to come up with creative possibilities and spatial configurations that provide unparalleled comfort, freedom and inspiration.

The property’s signature design features include Italian-inspired loggias, extensions of one’s home that serve like sheltered balconies. Introduced by FM Architettura founder and CEO Francesca Muzio, these fresh additions across all residences in Haraya Residences instantly connect the exterior and interior of a unit, allowing dwellers to discover and enjoy new interactions, experiences and relationships. Working hand in hand with this is the architecture spearheaded by P&T Group architect and director Edgar Cozzio. He shares that buildings were intentionally shaped to provide spaces for residents to feel safe and cocooned while at the same time granting a sense of freedom through generous outdoor living areas.

Seeing these marvels, SRPI recently opened the doors to a showroom in Pasig. In this gloriously

adorned and well-lit venue, prospective homeowners get to witness first-hand the vibrant, airy character of the upcoming development—a reflection of its innovative layout and colourful interiors. The grand launch of the space was held a few weeks prior, delighting guests with an exclusive gallery tour and a raffle of accommodation packages in Shangri-La at the Fort, Shangri-La Mactan and Shangri-La Boracay. It was a memorable occasion, graced and led by those proudly at the project’s helm. “We have every confidence that Haraya Residences will very quickly become the gold standard of condominiums here in Pasig,” SRPI president Atty Karlo Marco P Estavillo remarked. “We are gathered here tonight for Haraya Residences to welcome its first owners, the first buyers who will call it their home in a few years.”

With all the qualities of a modern gated village across its two towers, the development notably calls to Filipino families. Demonstrated by the spacious units and vastly unique amenities they’ve incorporated, the synergistic partners behind it have ensured its capacity to create and nurture a warm, thriving neighbourhood, the kind anyone would love to be a part of for decades to come. Truly aligned with its premier vision, Haraya Residences redefines what today’s vertical properties should be: where contemporary, forward-thinking design perfectly balances the ever-comforting essence of community.
