Aside from the reliable standards like Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, and so on, try the double boiled chicken with black mushroom and bamboo pith soup. The combinatio­n is hearty and delicate at the same time. The crab with crystal noodles oozes with flavour. The hot shrimp salad is made more delectable with a winning combinatio­n of mayonnaise and pineapple. The broccoli with garlic is as crisp as only the freshest vegetables can be. Sometimes the restaurant offers a lot of goodies outside of the menu. Be sure to ask the manager for his recommenda­tions.
