The Tatler Dining Guide Philippines

WHY GO
This restaurant has been in the scene for a long time and has survived a plethora of competition. There's a good reason for this: consistently good, unpretentious food.
TATLER TIPS
Aside from the reliable standards like Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, and so on, try the double boiled chicken with black mushroom and bamboo pith soup. The combination is hearty and delicate at the same time. The crab with crystal noodles oozes with flavour. The hot shrimp salad is made more delectable with a winning combination of mayonnaise and pineapple. The broccoli with garlic is as crisp as only the freshest vegetables can be. Sometimes the restaurant offers a lot of goodies outside of the menu. Be sure to ask the manager for his recommendations.
