WHY GO

Rambla is a young, hip destination which serves familiar Spanish dishes with a modern twist. The ambience is relaxed, the music is current, the cocktails are excellent, and the food is delicious.

TATLER TIPS

The tapas selection is quite impressive, ranging from different cheeses and jamons; to warm selections such as chorizo cooked in white wine or gambas al ajillo and shiitake mushrooms; to fried options such as the calamares à la Andaluza con alioli (deep fried breaded squid with a garlic mayonnaise) or the bacalao fritters. Be sure to enjoy the tapas with their delicious pan con tomate (thin bread with fresh tomato and extra virgin olive oil). Highly recommended is the paella de cochinillo (crispy pork on top of the paella rice). Leave room for dessert—the churros with warm chocolate and vanilla ice cream is the popular choice.
