TATLER TIPS

Dive straight into the succulent beef salpicao. The dish is nicely marinated and sautéed with olive oil and garlic. Follow this up with the crispy squid, which has been deepfried to perfection and served with a chilli-honey-garlic glaze. The burst of flavours between the squid and the chilli sauce will leave you wanting more. For salad lovers, there is the terrific paco salad with fresh fiddlehead­s, cherry tomatoes, and onions tossed in a spicy vinaigrett­e. For entrées, have the excellent Lola Virginia’s Chicken Relleno, composed of a sumptuous roasted chicken stuffed with raisins, chorizo, peas, and pork.
